REP PREP
Meet with other Reps to pray and plan.
Discuss different ways to get the word our about your event (social media and campus notifications.)
Touch base with your director.
OCTOBER
STAFF RALLY
Get with all staff and share the vision for recruiting.
Get everyone involved and have a blast!
ONE WEEK
BEFORE VISIT
Get with other Reps – double check your plans and make sure all of your bases are covered.
Prep and promote the visit!!
DAY OF VISIT
Remind everyone Kamp is in town.
AFTER VISIT
Continue to let people know about Kamp and get interested folks in touch with a director.
MARCH
Meet with other reps to plan kick off and design t-shirts (get approved by April 1, 2022.)
APRIL
CAMPUS KICK OFF
Rally with all staff members. Hang out and get to know one another.
Pray for the summer!!
Order T-Shirts.
MAY
Hand oiut T-Shirts.
Answer questions – touch base with new staff members.
Make transportation arrangements if necessary.
DURING THE YEAR
BEFORE VISIT
Be faithful in follow up and responses. Please respond to all emails & phone calls within 24 hours. It is vital to keep the line of communication open!
