As we prepare to visit your campus in the coming weeks, you’ll find everything you need to spread the word about working at Kamp below. SEPTEMBER
REP PREP
- Meet with other Reps to pray and plan.
- Discuss different ways to get the word our about your event (social media and campus notifications.)
- Touch base with your director.
OCTOBER
STAFF RALLY
- Get with all staff and share the vision for recruiting.
- Get everyone involved and have a blast!
ONE WEEK
BEFORE VISIT
- Get with other Reps – double check your plans and make sure all of your bases are covered.
- Prep and promote the visit!!
DAY OF VISIT
- Remind everyone Kamp is in town.
AFTER VISIT
- Continue to let people know about Kamp and get interested folks in touch with a director.
MARCH
- Meet with other reps to plan kick off and design t-shirts (get approved by April 1, 2022.)
APRIL
CAMPUS KICK OFF
- Rally with all staff members. Hang out and get to know one another.
- Pray for the summer!!
- Order T-Shirts.
MAY
- Hand oiut T-Shirts.
- Answer questions – touch base with new staff members.
- Make transportation arrangements if necessary.
DURING THE YEAR
BEFORE VISIT
- Be faithful in follow up and responses. Please respond to all emails & phone calls within 24 hours. It is vital to keep the line of communication open!
- You are a key to our success!
- Pray for Directors/Staff/Kampers!
